The full paper will be published in the proceedings of EUROCORR 2017 & 20th ICC (USB flash drive). It will be also made available to the member societies of the EFC with one year delay in electronic form. The member societies are allowed to make the full paper available to their members in a restricted member area of their homepages. If no full paper is submitted, the accepted abstract will be used as a substitute.
