The EFC's annual conference EUROCORR, which is Europe’s most renowned corrosion event, will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, from September 37, 2017. Uniquely in 2017, EUROCORR will be merged with the global triennial International Corrosion Congress (ICC), thus becoming the largest scientific corrosion event ever organised in Europe. For the first time, the Process Safety Congress will be held together with EUROCORR 2017 and 20th ICC. The organisers, Czech Association of Corrosion Engineers (AKI) and DECHEMA are pleased to invite you to participate in the joint congress. It will cover all aspects of corrosion engineering, protection and science under the slogan Corrosion Control for Safer Living.

The congress will be a unique networking opportunity for scientists, representatives of research institutions, universities and industry and graduate students in a vibrant professional setting and atmosphere. The scientific programme will consist of plenary lectures by world-renowned corrosion specialists including John Scully, Ivan Cole and Tetsuo Shoji, over 20 keynote lectures and about 800 oral presentations. Twelve parallel sessions on a variety of topics will offer corrosionists from all over the world the opportunity to meet and present their research.
