Your registration is obligatory for being included in the final lecture and poster programme.
- The conference will take place in attendance only. No recordings or online presentations are planned.
- Registration fee can not be waived for authors. Please register until 31 May 2022 at the latest.
- Payment is possible via credit card or direct debit (General Terms & Conditions)
- Pro forma invoices cannot be issued.
If you are unable to present your lecture/poster for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible via Email to EUROCORR Congress Office.
The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will be not available.
We recommend to book your hotel room at your earliest convenience. A limited number of rooms at the conference hotel are available at a special rate for participants of the EUROCORR 2022. The room contingent is reserved by 12 June 2022.
In addition, Berlin offers a wide range of accommodation - you can get an overview via the usual online search portals.
The submission of an extended paper is now possible until 30 June 2022 at the latest. Your extended paper is required for inclusion in the electronic cbook of abstracts, accessible to all registered participants. If no extended paper is provided, the abstract will be used for inclusion instead.

Strict timekeeping will be essential for the smooth running of the conference.
A data projector and a notebook will be available (MS-Office 2019 pro+ // MS Office 2019, Acrobat Reader, PowerPoint).
We will ask you to upload your presentation online up to 16:00 in the afternoon the day before your talk will take place. Detailed information will be given in good time. However, we recommend that you bring your presentation on a USB stick as a backup.
Recommendation: Format: 16:9
To avoid disruptions during your presentation, we do not recommend embedded videos. In case you want to use your ows apple notebook, please provide your own adapter.
Poster Information

The poster presentation of latest results is an important facet of the scientific programme. The posters will be presented and numbered according to the final poster programme. We provide poster walls and fixing material (tape), please prepare your poster as A0 portrait format and bring your printed version to the conference venue. Please note: we have no possibility to print your poster onsite.
Posters should be mounted until Monday, 29 August 2022, 9:00 and to be removed at the end of the conference on Thursday, 1 Sept. 2022.
The EFC implemented an award for the best poster presented by a young author below the age of 35 years. The Prize consists of a certificate and the sum of 500 euros. If you would like to participate in the competition, please indicate this when registering.
As a major guideline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster into introduction, results and conclusions, with a summary listing the pertinent results and conclusions.
Standard size for posters is 0.85 x 1.2 m (DIN A0-German Standard) vertically oriented. Therefore, please find the following specifications:

The poster party will take place on Tuesday, 30 August 2022, 17:40 - 19:30, beer and bretzels will be served. The authors are asked to be at their posters during that time. Poster discussions are also possible during all breaks.
